Connecting education to the real world
How we work
Connected to Curriculum
All our programs are designed to meet specific academic objectives. Our aim is to bring real-world contexts into the curriculum.
Tailor-made for Schools
Every school is unique. Our programs are tailored to meet the needs and preferences of each teacher and student group.
Inquiry Based Learning
Our programs encourage students to ask their own questions and make personal connections to the lives and experiences of others.
Flexible Delivery
Our programs can be delivered both online and in-person, ensuring an interactive and engaging experience for all students.

Subject-based Programs
Our subject-based programs consist of interactive workshops and talk sessions that are integrated into a school’s subject studies over several weeks.
We work closely with teachers so that our programs meet curriculum objectives and provide real-world insights into classroom lessons.
SEKAI has successfully hosted repeat programs in subjects such as Individuals & Societies, Diversity & Leadership, and Theory of Knowledge.
Campus Events
Our campus events are held over multiple days and involve direct exchanges between students and our community partners.
Through in-person workshops and discussions, we create meaningful experiences that many students have referred to as the highlight of their school year.
SEKAI has hosted campus events for schools such as UWC ISAK Japan together with our Ainu partners, the first of its kind to be held at an international school.
School Trips
Our school trips give students the opportunity to fully immerse themselves in the lives of our community partners.
We focus on curating trips for smaller student groups to ensure as much student participation and involvement as possible.
SEKAI has hosted a number of school trips from the northern villages of Nibutani, Hokkaido to the southern islands of Iriomote, Okinawa.
